Job Description:

Responsible for daily maintenance of facilities. Responsible touch ups, apt turnovers, work order request. 

QAULIFICATIONS:

Understand basic maintenance principals. Able to apply concepts of Maintenance to repair work needed to complete task. Ability to maintain, keep things running as smoothly in community. Able to communicate well with residents and staff, and service technicians able to work unsupervised. Sensitivity and caring for the elderly.
