RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investigate and propose new and emerging technologies outside of the firm
Investigate, document and reuse existing technologies and data sources within the firm
Be the key technical member of a project ideation team, responsible for conceptualizing high-level approaches and iteratively cost a project to determine a project's ROI
Determine the need for and complete rapid prototypes with a formal and documented hand off to the implementation team
Be a key committee member of the connected learning program, helping to up-skill, re-skill our technical team and augment our citizen development team
Engage in discussions with multiple stakeholders and implement best practices
Design, develop and troubleshoot complex cloud-first enterprise applications, specifically those in Azure
Participate and lead technical, product, code and process reviews
Continuously learn new technologies and development techniques to support multiple business units and implementation teams
Work within tight prototype and development life cycles with substantial independence
Provide status updates to management and customers
Collaborate closely with U.S. and India teams including business analysts, product owners and implementation partners
Respond and deliver under pressure with great teamwork
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of application, infrastructure and data design and implementation experience
5+ years of experience working on business-critical software for large companies; previous consulting experience strongly preferred
5+ years of broad and comprehensive knowledge of cloud providers, especially Azure
A hands-on, cross-stack, rapid-delivery approach to building applications
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes, such as tuning high-volume applications, caching, containerization
Experience implementing secure public-facing APIs
Experience with redundant, resilient, and fault-tolerant architecture
Broad understanding of entire SDLC, including UX, dev, QA, and release management
Experience with agile or scrum methodology and tools

Experience in Microsoft technologies, with digital and financial domain experience.

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:
Balsamiq, Sketch or other UX wireframing tools
Adobe XD, Figma or other UX design tools
Familiarity with BI, advanced analytical concepts and data lakes
Familiarity with UiPath or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform preferred
Regulatory compliance and/or financial services experience are a strong plus
Passport and ability to travel internationally
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in STEM field or relevant work experience
