We are in search for a bilingual Customer Service Client Specialist. This role is responsible for client project deliveries, any inquiries regarding projects or escalated employees' issues.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

* 1-2 years of customer service experience

* Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)

* Benefits knowledge (good to have)

* Attention to details

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Time management skills

* Able to prioritize needs and workload

* MS office suite -Excel proficiency (a must)

Education:

* Minimum of High School or GED required

* Additional formal education in business preferred
