Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:

The Network Technical Associate is responsible for executing and delivering on various network-related project activities, including troubleshooting wireless access points, routers, and switches via remote access or over-the phone as a first line of support. This will include coordinating and working with various project stakeholders and Operations.

Descriptions

* Provides technical support and administrative assistance associated with the rollout of outdoor wireless access at the store level to enhance the drive thru ordering process.

* Provides technical support and administrative assistance to new store infrastructure and POS setup, ensuring new stores open on time with fully functional IT systems.

* Technical support and administrative assistance to the network architecture implementation pilot which will aid in preparing the store infrastructure for next generation functionality and standards.

* Provides store network support and administrative assistance related to store-level network/infrastructure. Carries out unplanned store network projects in support of the Field Infrastructure Team.

* Performs administrative data maintenance, updating the database with project and network information

* Provides technical support and troubleshooting wireless access points, routers, and switches, including guiding Operations through basic troubleshooting.

* Work with onsite vendors over the phone to assist in the implementation of new internet services and network equipment installations at stores.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required

* Network certifications preferred but not required

* Successful completion of annual store training
