Job Description:

JP Morgan Wholesale Payments Integrated Payments Product Group is seeking a Managed POS Solutions Product Analyst that will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that power client growth, create a seamless experience for our clients, and anchor JP Morgan Wholesale Payments as the preferred payments provider to large clients and franchises across North America.

In this role you will work closely with the Managed POS team and the broader business unit to own and execute on assigned tasks. You'll be held accountable to internal and external stakeholders to ensure day-to-day operations, pipeline tracking, leadership reporting, market and competitive analytics, and other dependencies are delivered using qualitative and quantitative metrics.

The ideal person for this role should possess strong analytical, time management, project management, and reporting skills. The product analyst will be looked at as someone that can keep the teams aligned and focused on our business goals, the industry trends, and client demand. The ideal candidate should also be able to take input and guidance from a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and create documentation for all stakeholders.

What You Will Do:


  • You'll be responsible for ensuring all team efforts and dependencies are properly documented and reported out to our internal stakeholders and business leaders .
  • You will own and execute internal client intake sessions and manage all client tracking.
  • Actively participate and document all business impacts, change control forum, and other governance items.
  • Work with the internal team as well as our external strategic partners to document and track on product road map items.
  • Collaborate with our internal finance partners to maintain and groom the Managed POS business case.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify client and business needs, as well as lead efforts to obtain market and competitive analytics.
  • Proficiently track and report on all product success metrics and strategic initaitive milestones.
  • Be an active voice on the team to consult on improvement opportunities to ensure scalability, sustainability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Identify and clear any roadblocks while monitoring product performance with our internal or external partners.
  • Assist the team with all exercises related to commercialization, operational, or field readiness.
  • Create and manage internal documentation and job aids for internal teams.
  • Manage and facilitate content posted to our online digital resources such as SharePoint, Product Construct, and other.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years in reporting, analytics, or related business administration role
  • Financial technology or merchant services experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management, project management, analytics or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro+ experience preferred) including the use of data, graphs, illustrations, and pivot tables.
  • Proven track record with multi-faceted organizational reporting, tracking, and analytics.
  • Able to self-manage and prioritize execution with multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze issues & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable with reporting up to senior executive leadership.
