Coordinate the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) and quarterly Risk Appetite cycles for Wholesale Credit Stress Testing including liaising with the Legal Entity and the various industry teams on key deliverables where necessary.
Provides updates for ongoing projects to senior management including escalating any project concerns
Help manage and coordinate regulatory inquiries and responses during the annual CCAR cycle
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress during quarterly exercises for the Wholesale Credit Stress Test team and ensure that projects remain on track.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders on capital and stress testing related activities
Coordinate and manage the annual attestation process for CCAR.
Serve as the liaison between WCST, MRGR, QR and LOBs as needed.
Coordinate model results review with senior management on a quarterly basis
Maintain SharePoint sites used in managing the Stress Testing cycles
Maintain model and overlay inventories used in CCAR and Risk Appetite cycles
Perform other ad hoc related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven working experience in project management and problem-solving skills to lead team to resolve issues both tactically and strategically.
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, organized and possess a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think critically, develop structure to solve problems and drive change within the Wholesale Credit Risk group.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and has the ability to synthetize results and share with a senior audience as needed.
Ability to build rapport and influence change with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work and solve problems independently and excel in a high-pressure, deadline oriented environment.

Experience in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of the regulatory environment and experience in managing complex reporting processes

BA/BS degree required
