We are searching for a detail-oriented, analytical driven linguist to join our team. You will be part of the Digital Product Team that utilizes machine learning approach to improve our customers experience across Chase.com/Chase Mobile App, by utilizing virtual assistant and natural language search products. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to assess and identify opportunities to improve features and customer experience of our products. The role requires constant interactions across product development, and technology. Strong communication, curiosity to learn new skills, and collaboration are a must in tandem with a deep desire to deliver significant value to the organization.
The overall responsibilities will include analyzing texts, data, and NLU model performance.
