Technology Lead - US at Infosys in Wichita, Kansas

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Senior Fortran, .NET Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Wichita(KS) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.


• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree


• 4+ years of Information Technology experience


• 4+ years’ experience in Fortran


• Very good experience in Documentation, communication with project stakeholders, coordination with onsite and offshore team and leading the project team.


• Work requires to be available over call during off -office hours and weekends to resolve any high priority incidents on need basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good to have experience in .NET (C#, ASP.net).


• Good to have knowledge on ITIL processes

• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams


• Experience managing team size of 2-3


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
