Key responsibilities



  • As a leader, recruit, onboard, train and conduct performance reviews for the branch support team

  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process and enable branches to meet their business plans through monitoring, supporting, and anticipating obstacles

  • Ensure ongoing partnership with headquarters and Regional Leadership to identify and implement new processes for increased capacity and client experience

  • Champion branch adoption of services that make it easy for clients to do business with Edward Jones (examples may include e-delivery, WebEx, Online Access, etc.)


Job requirements
High School Diploma/Equivalent required
Associates degree in human resources, related field or equivalent experience required

Bachelor's degree in human resources related field preferred
2+ years leading, recruiting, onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and training preferred
2+ years of financial services industry preferred
3+ years working in a financial services industry supervisor/management role preferred
