Principal Product Manager - Customer Data Activation

As we continue to transform the delivery space and our multi-sided marketplace, we are building out a dynamic team to accelerate Shipt’s business and our impact across the nation.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Customer Data Activation products. This dynamic role will work with teams across Shipt to develop an enterprise customer data activation strategy to drive Shipt’s personalized engagement with our customers. The Principal Product Manager will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, and product peers to develop data features that create the best Shipt experience for every customer.
Ideally, this candidate will have in-depth Product Management experience using data to create customized experiences and communications. You will have demonstrated an ability to work closely with Data Science, Marketing, and Merchandising teams and have a comprehensive understanding and proven results in defining and delivering on product objectives and key results. This candidate should also have proven results defining new technology/features and working cross functionally across the company, co-developing strategy, and bringing others along in the development of far-out strategy, and then helping people to understand the “first step” to move closer toward that strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing, Data Science, Engineering and Product leadership to formulate cross-product roadmaps, identify dependencies, influence decision making, and drive prioritization
Develop comprehensive views of data flows from events through data activation in relevant customer touch points
Guide development of customer data platforms that support marketing and merchandising data activation strategies
Set team OKRs and gain buy in with leadership and peers
Expand and evangelize best practices for scoping, building, validating, deploying, and monitoring products
Develop cross-team product roadmaps, and educate both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive implementation, measurement, and optimization
Find opportunities for improvement across the business and your team and assist in and conduct decision-making across team
Proving product and strategic initiative efficacy and driving business results
Requirements
5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in product management roles
Experience developing objectives and key results and feature roadmaps
Experience in developing and delivering complex user interaction data flows
Experience partnering with business and Data Science teams to deliver
impactful data modeling and machine learning features
Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-functional teams including product,
engineering, data science, and business teams
