The Opportunity:

The Investment Administrator is integral to supporting the delivery of a broad and diverse range of related investment services to external clients.  The role offers an immediate opportunity to step into this entry level (non-exempt) opportunity and participate as a member of the team that supports our investment consulting group.

The Role:

The incumbent is primarily responsible for client support and write-ups, vendor searches and verifying and disseminating rates of return and other statistical data related to investment portfolio performance.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to producing quarterly investment performance evaluation reports that include reconciling performance with investment managers and custodians and comparing these results to various benchmarks and peer groups; analyzing investment portfolio performance, attribution, and characteristics for assigned accounts; maintaining various databases; research and resolve portfolio performance variances; developing and creating client specific performance reports; supporting the consulting group as it pertains to portfolio performance; and participating in other projects and initiatives that are critical to servicing our clients.

 The Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from a number of sources; experience working in a deadline drive environment; excellent computer skills including Microsoft, Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential; an interest in investments and a minimum of an undergraduate degree in Finance or related discipline is required.
