ProDrivers is needing a detail oriented DOT File Processor that is detailed oriented and that can work in a high volume environment. ProDrivers is the largest truck driver services company in the United States specializing in CDL Drivers. A background in administrative work & customer service is preferred. Position Overview:

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Schedule: 8AM- 5PM

Salary: $45,000 Annual Salary

Office Location: Remote

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process DOT Files


• Send out DOT Verifications


• Make sure all verifications are filled out correctly


• Conduct Client Calls


• Conduct Driver Calls


• Administrative Duties

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be a self-starter (require minimal supervision), very organized and detail oriented


• Must have the ability and the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities


• Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional


• Must be a proficient communicator and listener


• Must present professional image


• Must be computer literate with high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Applications


• Must have the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
