Client Solution Architects

CSA's Growth team is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead all phases of CSA's proposal process to develop compliant and compelling proposals. This individual will coordinate and collaborate with CSA executives for other support, as required. Duties include but not limited to the following:
Directs and develops responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Sources Sought, Requests for Offers (RFOs), Task Orders (TOs), Federal Response Plans (FRPs), and questionnaires.Collaborates with business development and operational leadership to obtain adequate resources for accomplishing high-quality proposal submission in a timely manner.Performs detailed project planning and manages teams of professionals during the proposal response process, ensuring material distribution is complete, accuracy is maintained, timelines are met, and team reviews are successful.Creates and implements proposal response timelines and calendars, including coordination and de-confliction of calendars with the proposal team.Supervises/trains other proposal managers and consultants as required.Develops resumes and staffing tables for key personnel required in the proposal process.Provides graphics support to include, designing proposal covers, proposal illustrations, marketing documents, and CSA branding to include logos.Performs information/knowledge management for the business development team.Serves as a Content Manager for company website and Facebook.Develops forms/templates, processes, and policies to implement a consistent branding approach for CSA.Provides creative input and content for in-house design projects for events and marketing materials (company presentations, information, etc.).Conducts research on technical issues related to business development, capture and proposal law, policies, and procedures.Conducts research related to marketing and business development.Supports initiatives to train staff on proposal management policy and procedure.

Required Qualifications

  • Eight (8) years directly related experience managing and writing winning competitive Federal Government proposals in a defined proposal role.
  • Knowledge of the proposal development life cycle and understanding of Shipley or other proposal development processes.
  • Detailed understanding of relevant Government acquisition processes (FAR, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office to include MS Word templates, MS Teams channel management and other collaborative features.
  • Proficiency in knowledge/information management using MS SharePoint
  • Proven ability to compile and edit large (100+ pages) volumes.
  • Ability to lead teams including various levels of employees in the organization.
  • Experience coordinating with corporate executives in situations with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to obtain a DoD clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of directly related experience managing and writing winning competitive Federal Government proposals in a defined proposal role.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with external prime or sub-contractors.
  • Training or schooling in visual communications.
