Senior Business Systems Security Analyst
Summary
The IAM BSAand Audit team are responsible for understanding provisioning, de-provisioning and auditing of user access for the companies applications, working under the guidelines, policies and standards established by the Information Security Office. IAM handles the documentation of business processes and training procedures. IAM performs onboardings of new applications providing project status/updates to stakeholders, project teams, etc. while ensuring system design and business processes meet compliance standards.
Job Description
Essential Functions
Gathers system requirements, creates, and maintains documentation related to security, SailPoint integrations and automating lifecycle management activities
Works with business and application development teams to design, document, test and train on tasks related to security
Analyzes and designs access rules for business systems
Analyzes segregation of duties and applies principle of least privilege in security role design and user account cleanup
Hosts various workshops with business and application development teams throughout onboarding lifecycle
Participates in audit related activities working with internal and external audit teams

Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and established policies and procedures related to identity security within applications and at network level
Troubleshoots a wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise

May mentor and advise less experienced Business Analysts
Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives
May lead an implementation team
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Identifies problems, researches alternatives, drives solutions, tests to confirm, gains consensus, and implements solutions for multiple applications within multiple functions
Ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Prior experience working with Internal and External audit resources
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Experience with Identity Governance and Administration tools, SailPoint a plus
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Advanced MS Office Suite skill set with emphasis on Excel
Typical Education
Generally requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience
Typical Range of Experience
Typically has 2-5 years of related Business Analyst experience
