Contract Document Management Analyst at Sarepta Therapeutics in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a Contract Document Management Analyst to support a large, impactful document migration project. This role will partner closely with the Contracts Administrator to complete this project. Key responsibilities include migrating files, applying a naming convention to the files, and coding metadata. A successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Conducts digital file migration, including reviewing contracts in order to move them into the correct folder, renaming the files according to Sarepta's naming convention, applying metadata to each contract and deleting duplicate files.


• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Education and Skills Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher preferred


• Familiarity with contracts preferred


• Tech savvy - ability to learn new systems quickly


• Familiarity with Google Drive, Box or other similar file management system


• Basic understanding of the purpose of descriptive metadata preferred


• Prior experience with file migration projects preferred


• Superior organizational skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy especially with redundant tasks, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task


• Team player who works well with others


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
