Position Summary:
Develops and implements recruitment strategies to source, attract, interview and hire candidates for leadership positions across the organization. Oversees and administers programs and special projects related to executive recruitment and monitors cost and budgets. Screens, interviews, counsels and refers candidates for appropriate leadership positions. Serves as a system wide representative at agencies, universities and other functions. Supports the organization's goals and objectives.
Education:
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR related field. Master's degree is preferred.
Work Experience:
A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of progressive Talent Acquisition/related experience required.
Licensure/Certification:
PHR preferred.

Full Time, Day Shift (40 hours)
