Senior Associate- TrackWise (Remote Option Available)
Education: - Bachelors Degree
JD:-
Expertise in Installation Upgrade Configuration and support issues of TrackWise.
Experience in working with TrackWise utilities such as PR Import Selection Import Schema Update Person Import and Export.
Configure and Create New workflows in TrackWise Applications.
Config Form designs creating automated Business rule Engines.
Hands-On experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Proficient in developing and migrating Crystal Reports.
Worked on Java JSP XML web technologies
Knowledge of TrackWise Web services.
Involvement in multiple phases of software development life cycle including Requirement Analysis Solution Design Development & Tool Evaluation activities.
Execute IQ OQ for TrackWise Upgrade projects Support TrackWise applications at client site as per ITIL standards.
Work on Incident management Service request management Problem management and change management areas.
Support project team during the new implementations
Develop system validation documentation and ensure the system validation compliance.
Create and manage application specific knowledge management.
