We serve a wide variety of patients, and are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our close-knit, dedicated team of therapy professionals in our outpatient clinic in Louisville, KY. This clinic is supported by a committed staff that is focused on providing AmaZing! customer service and compassionate care each and every day.

Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is a local, physical therapist owned private practice, with family ties to Confluent Health and Evidence In Motion (EIM), the largest provider of post-professional Certification, Residency, and Fellowship programs in the physical therapy profession. In fact, EIM is our sister company!

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.


• Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.


• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.


• Maintain established productivity standards.


• Participate in outcomes tracking and monitoring.


• Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel and interns.


• Perform effectively as a member of a team.  Participate in professional development, educational activities and attend staff meetings.


• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Kentucky.
• Strong non-cognitive (i.e., communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, grit, etc.), hands-on, and clinical reasoning skills.)
• Desire to be a part of a team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning.
• Truly enjoys the work of helping others, in an environment that is fun and rewarding.
