Job Summary:
To provide essential customer service to the relocation client by setting up and coordinating home sale and mortgage transactions with the local agents, insuring timely delivery of order confirmations and obtaining and sending title when needed. Position will also act a primary liaison for customer vendor management company and local agents.

Job Roles:
• Set up and coordinate relocation transactions with local agents
• Act as liaison between relocation customer and local agents
• Track and obtain title commitments
• Review commitments for curative matters and facilitate title clearance
• Prepare conveyance documents
• Order payoffs, verify taxes and homeowner’s association dues
• Review purchase agreements, prepare seller’s equity statements and disburse funds
• Review and approve HUD-1 closing statements for accuracy and compliance with closing instructions
• Miscellaneous duties, as necessary

Role Specific Knowledge:
• Title, closing, escrow and/or relocation experience a plus
• Experience preparing conveyance documents a plus
• General knowledge of real estate customs and practices nationwide a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer relations skills
• Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task

Education, Licensure, and Experience:
• Completion of a high school degree required
• Completion of an associate degree in any field is a plus
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in any field is a plus
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the relocation industry which includes experience in the title industry.
