The UX/UI Designer leads the design and user experience of our mobile app, website, and other digital properties. The UX/UI Designer will be a customer champion, responsible for strategic thinking of all the stages of the customer experience and provide great attention to detail. This position will work closely with our marketing and development teams to analyze and improve user interactions and experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
Conceptualize and develop a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the brand
Identify design problems and provide timely solutions
Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user

Qualifications: Education
A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ experience of UX design experience preferred
Qualifications: Experience
A portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
Qualifications: Competencies
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
A track record of focusing on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them
The willingness to switch to a different strategy when an initially selected one is unsuccessful
