HPE's GreenLake organization is hiring a Cloud Services Sales Program Manager.

In a typical day as a Cloud Services Program Manager, you would:

Involved in designing and structuring short, mid and long term sales programs based on the market needs and trends. Must have a deep understanding of the as-a-service market and be able to align to the GreenLake GTM model end-to-end. Requires strong understanding of the as-a-service market in various industry verticals as well as the workloads associated to it.

Strong project management skills are required to manage and orchestrate discussions with the relevant stakeholders. The Sales Programs should be designed in such a way that it is 100% executable in the field with a purpose to generate revenue streams via continuous pipeline generation.

The designed sales programs must be aligned with the GTM/enablement and Sales team for execution. The sales program must be structured in such a way it is made relevant to the GEOs to consume and execute. Must relentlessly strive to penetrate into new market opportunities ahead of the competition.


If you are:

  • Design and structure sales programs to generate GreenLake pipeline and/or to convert pipeline into orders (Pipeline Conversion)

  • All sales programs must be trackable with specific success metrics such as ROI, SFDC Closed, etc.

  • Alignment with GTM and Sales group on all sales programs designed

  • Cross collaboration with stakeholders in different functions/organizations

  • Must relentlessly strive to penetrate into new market opportunities ahead of the competition.

  • Present insights of the aaS market and recommend sales programs that will generate revenue.

  • Work with the WW Marketing Intelligence team and keep up to date with the latest aaS trends and competitive information. Reflect this in the sales program design.

  • Sales program design can either be cross vertical or industry vertical.

  • Comfortable with absorbing vast amount of market intelligence data, data from industry analyst white papers, etc related to XaaS.

  • Excellent communication and data visualization skills.

  • Be able to map the sales program to a RAD model (Retention, Acquisition and Develop).

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent. Masters preferred.

  • Extensive experience in the related field (Public, On-prem Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, XaaS, Industry vertical, Program Management, Workloads/solution, etc).

  • Excellent understanding of the XaaS market and the consumption model.

  • Excellent understanding of customer workloads/solution and its related trend

  • Must possess program development and management skills from past roles

  • Project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills to identify TAM size of the sales program designed

  • Understands the end-to-end GTM model for the sales program to be successfully executed at the field level

  • Understands business and sales processing tools, systems and practices

  • Comfortable in absorbing data points presented in Power BI.

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong in teamwork and collaboration

  • Good PowerPoint skills required to communicate and present ideas to the stakeholders

The Colorado expected salary/wage range for this position is listed immediately below, although we reserve the right to offer above this range for exceptional candidates. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may also be offered. Annual Salary: $122,500.00 - $177,500.00
