We have a tremendous opportunity available for an experienced recruiter in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience with a primary focus on our Fleet Operations (Shops) teams. 


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt level positions. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-state recruiting with an emphasis on shop personnel, primarily mechanics.


Our ideal candidate will have…



  • Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and onboarding for exempt and nonexempt level positions, with a primary focus on our Fleet Operations (Shops) teams

  • Partner with our Fleet Operations (Shops) teams throughout the full cycle recruiting process

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

  • Develop and implement advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

  • Coordinate appropriate employment testing

  • Conduct employment verifications

  • Communicate and provide job offers to selected candidates

  • Onboard new employees

  • Serve as an HR resource for new employees

  • Research, analyze, prepare and present market, salary, and hiring data

  • Maintain recruiting activity records

  • Assist in developing and implementing various other HR-related programs designed to maximize the effectiveness and satisfaction of our employees

Education:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 4-year higher education degree preferred

  • Familiarity with employment laws and practices

  • Minimum 2-5 years prior recruitment experience in a high volume environment with a focus on shop personnel, primarily mechanics

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking/ Recruiting software – familiarity with UKG (UltiPro) is a plus
