We have a tremendous opportunity available for an experienced recruiter in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience with a primary focus on our Fleet Operations (Shops) teams.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt level positions. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-state recruiting with an emphasis on shop personnel, primarily mechanics.

Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and onboarding for exempt and nonexempt level positions, with a primary focus on our Fleet Operations (Shops) teams
Partner with our Fleet Operations (Shops) teams throughout the full cycle recruiting process
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Develop and implement advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Communicate and provide job offers to selected candidates
Onboard new employees
Serve as an HR resource for new employees
Research, analyze, prepare and present market, salary, and hiring data
Maintain recruiting activity records
Assist in developing and implementing various other HR-related programs designed to maximize the effectiveness and satisfaction of our employees
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
4-year higher education degree preferred
Familiarity with employment laws and practices
Minimum 2-5 years prior recruitment experience in a high volume environment with a focus on shop personnel, primarily mechanics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking/ Recruiting software – familiarity with UKG (UltiPro) is a plus
