What You Can Offer Us
Prepare drawings and perform detailed QA/QC reviews for back-up power, collocation, and amendment drawings for A&E Design team members. Ensure compliance with operational objectives, policies, procedures, and reporting metrics.
Develop and maintain learning plans and training guides for the A&E team; provide advanced training to less experienced A&E Design team members and cross-functional Designers.
Lead projects consisting of steel design, electrical engineering, and civil engineering with the capability to create unique detailing and design.
Evaluate priorities within the appropriate work queues and align resources to meet deadlines and aging projects/cycle times.
Lead the investigation and development of new processes and procedures relating to AE drawings and CAD services and partner with the CAD Tech to streamline the CAD process with dynamic blocks, macros, or layer states and to prepare templates for the CAD library.
Assist with developing strategic plans; prepare technical presentations for various teams and groups.
As a Supervisor, you are responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of A&E Designers, along with building a strong, collaborative team environment.

What You Need to Succeed
Associate degree in a related field required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or other technical discipline preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of telecommunications industry and/or CADD-based civil or structural design experience required.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Revit, and/or Civil 3D preferred.
Supervisory experience, including leading a technical team in a fast paced, complex environment, preferred.
Experience meeting deadlines and providing accurate and responsive consulting to internal and external customers.
Proficient with computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Advanced knowledge of structural components and tower modification design methods.
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.
