Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership’s assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.

 

We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator for our Pipeline Integrity Team.  The Pipeline Integrity Compliance Coordinator is a critical support position for the company’s Natural Gas and Hazardous Liquid Integrity Management Program.  Interfacing with both the Pipeline Integrity Engineering and Pipeline Integrity Project Management teams, this position is responsible for day-to-date tracking and updating of IM Program data, various levels of regulatory reporting, and supporting regulatory inspections.  Specific tasks include but are not limited to:


  • Compiling an IMP Weekly Tracker report which contains details of ongoing IM activities such as integrity assessments, anomaly excavation progress, and other IM program activities.  This report includes data and reports extracted from a database as well as the production of numerous graphs and charts in excel.

  • Producing monthly reports for Pipeline Integrity leadership as well as the company’s executive and operations leadership.

  • Maintaining the company’s continual assessment plan (CAP) and asset index.  This task includes supporting updates to the company’s PODS asset data model, risk analysis results and High Consequence Area (HCA) analyses.

  • Provide administration and review company’s management of change activities (MOC) for the IM Program.  This task includes managing change request workflows, reviewing MOC documents for accuracy and content as well as archiving approved documents.

  • Support company’s response to state and Federal inspections of the company’s IM program and resultant documents.   Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements for IM Programs and what company procedures and documents satisfy those requirements.  Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis during inspections.

  • Prepare various federal and industry (PHMSA) annual reports of company’s IM activities.   Provide support for department’s annual IMP effectiveness report.

  • Provide support for company’s assessment method selection process and budget development activities.

  • Maintain certain datasets in company’s IM Program databases.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:


  • Covid vaccine required

  • High School education is required.

  • Experience in pipeline industry is preferred.

  • 3-5 years’ experience required.

  • Working knowledge of the typical content, organization and format of Engineering Project Documentation.

  • Excellent computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Outlook required.

  • Working knowledge of the various Federal and State pipeline regulations including Integrity Management regulations required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work alone or as a member of a team.
