Job Description:

Milk Specialties Global is an industry-leading manufacturer of innovative dairy-based nutritional ingredients designed to optimize health and nutrition. We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to be based out of our facility in Norfolk, NE.

Our Production Supervisors are responsible for:

• Directing personnel in the operation of our facilities, ensuring consistent manufacture of finished products are meeting all customer volume and quality requirements.


• Helping recruit, develop, coach, and lead personnel, constantly raising the standards of performance.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have excellent leadership, problem solving and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction. 

Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented leader who has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

We require that our Production Supervisors have at least 3-5 years of strong mechanical and experience leading a team.
