Preferred Materials is currently looking to fill the position of Equipment Service Support Administrator with the following Duties:

 

Essential Duties:


  • Manage vendor qualification documents for on-site visits of equipment vendors (insurance, contractual agreement, safety documentation, etc.)

  • Perform month end closing activities – fuel usage reconciliation, equipment utilization reconciliation, etc.

  • Issue, monitor, and maintain Wright Express fuel card assignments for fleet vehicles and prepare monthly transaction reports for management review.

  • Oversee E-PASS account for fleet vehicles and prepare monthly reports for cost upload into accounting system.

  • Interaction with tag agency to title, tag, register fleet vehicles, and process semi-annual renewals.

  • Process daily hour meter/odometer readings for off-road equipment and on-road vehicles.

  • Prepare weekly report for plant operations use in submitting weekly fuel usage.

  • Process daily/weekly fuel tickets/invoices for accurate inventory tracking.

  • Data entry and data upload of fuel usage reported thru various methods by multiple lines of business.

  • Use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.

  • Use of multiple software systems to enter & export equipment data. 

  • Participate in various special projects as required to assist the department and the company in achieving its goals and objectives

  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel required

  • Experience with large ERP systems is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, and constantly changing environment

  • Possess complex problem-solving skills

  • Open and adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills

  • Experience in Fleet Management

  • Positive, upbeat, friendly attitude and mindset

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Aptitude to focus on tasks until complete, and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Capacity to follow up on pending issues

  • Dedication to accuracy and attention to detail
