Position Summary The Site Supervisor will be required to supervise personnel, location configuration, spotting of equipment, placement of treating equipment/components, and ensuring all necessary materials are adequate for operations. The Site Supervisor will be expected to have advanced field experience in job execution, maintenance, and training subordinate equipment operators. The Site Supervisor will oversee job treatment (outside data van) during pumping operations while ensuring safe and efficient service delivery in accordance with company policies, standards, and procedures. The Site Supervisor will be required to display a professional image and represent NexTier to all existing and potential customers. Key Accountabilities
Supervise the day to day field operations of the fracturing operations on location and is accountable for the complete service delivery process to the client
Ensure that all equipment is keep clean, neat, and as presentable as possible at all times.
Holds pre- and post-job safety meetings defining risks to personnel and the environment
Coach and mentor subordinate equipment operators
Responsible for reviewing Service Quality Plan (SQP)
Responsible for risk assessments and contingency planning
Perform all duties in compliance with customer and company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Utilizes competency processes to enhance job performance and cross training
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in QHSE and DOT policies
Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in: rigging treating iron components, fracturing equipment, stimulation treatment, and equipment maintenance
Advanced knowledge of chemicals, proppant and QA/QC
Advanced skills in customer service with thorough understanding of providing excellent service quality
Ability to conduct audits, perform hazard assessments, and lead safety meetings
Knowledge and ability to supervise personnel, including disciplinary actions
Competent performing all required documentation and reporting
Basic knowledge and skills of operational logistics
Knowledge and experience in soft skills (leadership, communication, competence etc.)
Ability to handle a dynamic work environment with defined deadlines
