This location proudly serves the surrounding community and beyond, providing a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere to every patient and their family members. Additionally, this non-profit facility is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, and has received awards for excellence in vascular surgery and prostate surgery.

The Laboratory Services Manager will be responsible for oversight of the inpatient hospital laboratory and all lab staff. This role will be hands-on, providing assistance to lab staff as needed, as well as monitoring quality control measures and ensuring hospital lab policies and procedures are followed. The Lab Manager must obtain strong leadership skills in order to motivate and encourage their team members to ensure a high level of productivity and minimization of lab test turn-around times. Knowledge of quality reporting and accreditation standards are essential to this role. 

The Lab Manager must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or similar field. Additionally, MLS, CLS, and/or MT certification is required. Four or more years of laboratory supervisory experience is also required.
