If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Manufacturer of large custom-designed control valves, you will work in a dynamic and high-tech production facility based in our Marshalltown, Iowa location.  

AS A QA DOCS ANALYST YOU WILL: 


  • Responsible for the review and approval of internal and supplier generated documents.
  • Responsible for generating final documentation packages.
  • Accountable for managing workload to attain schedule
  • Direction and coordination of the following activities:

    • Assure quality of all operations through conformance to internal/external requirements
    • Monitor and take steps to improve record accuracy within job function
    • Assist in making equipment and staffing decisions to support long-term business levels
    • Remain current and ensure compliance with relevant code requirements

  • Identify root cause of document issues and implement effective measures to prevent reoccurrence

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Aggressive self-starter
  • Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work as a team member

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor degree preferred
