The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 
As a Full-Time Warehouse Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, orderfilling and shipping


• Operate power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch orders


• Operate power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock


• Pack and check material for shipment


• Perform all required duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and procedures

Your Skills and Expertise   
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from accredited institution.


• Able to work, overtime, a 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availability and holidays as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in a warehouse operations role


• Experience operating a fork lift


• Demonstrated attention to detail


• Strong written & verbal communication skills


• Basic computer skills
