Job Highlights
Conductlife critical work permits regularly for maintenance activities
Overseemaintenance work requests
Workdirectly with Production counterpart to schedule maintenance activities
Supervision, direction, priorities, support, and development to maintenance personnel
Executesupervision activities within the scope and boundaries of the site's Union Labor Contract
Leadthe planning, scheduling, and execution of outages and turnarounds
Identifyand recommendimprovements in facilities, equipment, and resource utilization
Utilizeand maintainthe site CMMS
Ownand managethe plant mechanical integrity program with support and collaboration from corporate resources
Develop, implement, and ownsite Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
Participatein and sometimes leadRoot Cause Analysis investigations
Responsible for material/tool/equipment selection and procurement related to maintenance activities
Supportall HSEQ compliance activities
Participatein/leadthe development of the site capital plan and priorities
Manage site high pressure boiler operations
Maintainliaison with outside organizations to assure information exchange and mutual assistance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Knowledgeable and experienced in maintenance techniques and chemical operation equipment
Strong leadership skills required
Capable of leading or coordinating technical and organizational aspects of maintenance resources
Able to independently assimilate new technology and apply to work procedures
Able to analyse data and situations, draw conclusions and make meaningful decisions
Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS system required
Six Sigma or Lean Certification preferred
