The Enterprise Expense Transformation (EET) Team is seeking action-oriented individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to help improve current processes, learn new tools, and share these learnings across the Cost Optimization and Performance Measurement (COPM) finance groups.
A successful candidate will become members of persistent agile teams and partner to develop and implement transformed processes. This will include:
Becoming proficient in tools that will be implemented during roll out (e.g., Anaplan, Tableau, etc.)
Building operational processes
Configuring and maintaining Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings
Assisting in the technical roll out to the organization
Organizing training and developmental opportunities for COPM community during roll out
The development must be inclusive of the needs of both Domestic and Internationally based businesses.
The project will encompass managing aspects of finance, technology, project management, and people management. The busy periods in this job will not be cyclical, but will be based on the peaks of deliverables, milestones, and hurdles that are needed to push the project over the finish line. Some of the busy times may be predictable, while others may not.
