Jones Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jones Companies, is seeking a general imaging clerk to assist with daily billing and payroll functions. The job involves reviewing of scanned shipping documents and matching (classifying) these documents to customer orders. The job will be cross-trained with paying of carrier settlements.

Job Duties:

• Classify and index images of bill of ladings to active orders

• Make sure proof of delivery is valid and information matches the order

• Make sure proof of delivery is signed

• Classify all paperwork to its proper type: proof of delivery, invoice, rate confirmation, notice of assignment, release, weight ticket, driver log, etc.

• Manually scan and drop into the correct work queues

• Cross trained with Carrier settlements duties
