Rogers Corporation is seeking qualified candidates for 2nd and 3rd Shift Machine Operators at our Carol Stream, IL location.

The Production Worker positions available vary from Entry level Packers and Material Handlers to experienced Machine Operators. These positions will communicate and take direction from supervisors and production management on a daily basis. The ability to work overtime will be required. 

2nd and 3rd SHIFT POSITIONS AVAILABLE-$3000 SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED

($17.50-$20hr)

These are full-time positions.  Hours of work and days vary by shift. Employees are expected to work 8 - 12 hours per shift, in accordance with their assigned shift.  As dictated by business needs, ability to work overtime and maintain flexibility with work schedule may be required.

Required Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma or Equivalency


• 2 years previous manufacturing experience  

Required Skills:  

• Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol


• Accurately follow work instructions


• Maintain a clean work environment


• Perform various other duties as assigned 

Preferred Experience:  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial related environment.

2nd Shift Positions receive a 5% Shift Differential

3rd Shift Positions receive a 10% Shift Differential
