Junior Collection Specialist

This position will provide vital support to our collection team. This person will handle important administrative tasks, such as preparation of lien releases, liens, requests for information and other tasks as assigned by the Collection Manager.

They must be able to work accurately and with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills as they will be working with other departments providing service to both internal and external customers. This position will require superb clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

•       Prepare most lien releases

•       Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure NTOs are accurate

•       Train in all facets of collections

•       Assist when collectors are on PTO

•       Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Collections Manager

Qualifications

•       Florida Construction Lien Law experience is a plus

•       Excel skills necessary

•       Multi-task

•       Attention to detail

•       Possess professional oral/written communication skills
