This role will support the recently announced GXO part of the organization, which represents the intended spinoff of our global contract logistics business. As the Director, Brand Management, you'll be a proactive creative designer with a portfolio of campaigns across digital, print, motion, and social media, capable of campaign ideation, but also understand brand consistency, tone, and optimal processes. Your work will be critical to several marketing and internal communications initiatives.

What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Create campaigns across multimedia channels to establish and elevate the brand via paid social media ads, direct mail and email to video and landing pages, and other creative ways to test and understand what resonates with our customers

  • Brand building/maintenance - Whether it's designing case studies, training videos, branded apparel, headshots for our executives, or new templates, present our brand professionally and consistently

  • Internal communications - Design guidelines, handbooks, exterior and interior signage, educational manuals, and newsletters as well as create engagement campaigns, safety programs, annual events as well as conceptualize and design other internal marketing materials and reports

  • Public relations, sales collateral - Support our public relations and sales teams to help them tell our story and explain our services clearly

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 7 years of creative experience, preferably at a creative agency, publishing, or in-house team

  • A diverse portfolio that shows a range of digital and print work as well as ability to conceptualize and present creative campaign ideas through mood boards and mockups

  • Ability to travel for photo/video shoots and meetings when needed

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including fostering a spirit of collaboration, supporting departmental goals, with the ability to take ownership of a variety of projects under tight deadlines

  • Sophisticated sense of design and understanding of it through a branding lens and can quickly respond and adapt to creative feedback and requests

  • Organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail

It'd be great if you also have:
  • Video editing and motion graphics and Figma or Sketch software, and maintain a stable of videographers, photographers, and illustrators
