This role can be performed from any Turner office or remote.

Position Description:

Perform data, claims, insurance coverage, and financial analysis to support, administer, and renew the overall insurance programs for the company and clients. Provide system and data integrity support and develop scheduled and ad hoc reports Work with Risk Management Information System (RMIS) vendors to identify, develop, and implement system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Independently develop insurance pricing models and reports comparing rates and program loss performance.

* Gather and analyze claims, financial, and insurance data for annual insurance program renewals; develop trends and coverage needs, present conclusions, and prepare renewal applications.

* Create ad hoc reports in response to specific company and client questions.

* Develop conclusions based upon data report findings and make recommendations to company and clients.

* Participate in renewal meetings, review broker and insurance carrier quotes, and assist in negotiations.

* Maintain policy forms at each renewal and ensure accuracy to negotiated terms within the risk management database and order corrections from brokers and insurance carriers as required.

* Maintain and administer insurance databases and systems, both internal and external; develop new reports and system enhancements for end users.

* Liaise with system vendors, review contract terms and participate in vendor negotiations

* Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or similar program; or minimum of 4 years of insurance or claims administration experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

* CRIS, ARM or similar insurance designation desired

* Thorough understanding and ability to interpret contract and insurance documents and forms

* Analytical and adept at processing and breaking down data into actionable information

* Proficient with data visualization platforms such as PowerBI

* Self-starter with strong project management skills and capable of managing concurrent complex projects and tasks successfully to completion

* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels, both internal and external

* Display initiative, teamwork, independent thinking and decision making skills

* Ability to understand and apply lean concepts

* Professional written and verbal communication skills

* Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft suite of applications, MS Outlook, and insurance-based risk management information systems

* Limited travel
