The Technical Business Analyst will act as liaison between the business team and the Platform team to assist in developing the requirements. An individual in this role also identifies, analyzes, and assists with design, training, testing and implementation of solutions.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Participate in the identification, review and analysis of business requirements and assist in the design and development of solutions


• Perform stakeholder interviewing to comprehend the current process and gather requirements


• Gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements to complex environment


• Collaborate with the Product Owner(s) and Project Managers to complete iteration and Release Planning, ensuring appropriate technical representation


• Support the business by answering questions as individuals build or develop the system


• Perform Day-to-day team duties including, status reports, estimating work efforts, planning work assignments


• Troubleshoot and resolve Incidents in Service Management queue for ServiceNow errors


• Evaluate and process enhancement intake requests to Service Management queue


• Contribute toward ServiceNow team's process improvement opportunities


• Involvement with establishing the logical design of the system with architects, developers, and other team members


• Construct case scenarios and prototypes and basic process models


• Maintain and create accurate, consistent, and user-friendly documentation suitable for reuse in multiple applications

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 1 year of experience in technical writing and communications in a project-based environment


• 1 year of ServiceNow or comparable systems and/or implementation experience

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications or Computer Science


• 2 years of experience in technical writing and communications in a project-based environmen.


• 3 years of ServiceNow or comparable systems and/or implementation experience


• ServiceNow Certification such as ITIL v3 Foundation's certification


• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator or any other ServiceNow Certifications which proves the proficient track record working in ServiceNow systems in the past
