We are currently hiring a Warehouse & Distribution Lead in Breinigsville, PA.

What You'll Do:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting with day to day leading of all warehouse operations and safety programs. Guiding and assisting in the shipping, receiving, variety pack lines, and storage of raw materials and general housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure orders are selected, prepared and loaded for customer delivery within company designated time frame. Including, but not limited to, shipping, receiving, put away, inventory, keg line and pallet and keg repair.


  • Assists in the movement of all shipments and put away functions.

  • Assures the housekeeping of all warehouse areas both internally and externally.

  • Prepares all reports concerning shipping and receiving activities as required.

  • Ensures that all finished goods inventory and TTB compliance is in order.

  • Safety and accurately operate equipment including but not limited to; multiple stretch wrap machines, single and double wide (double forked) forklifts.

  • Ensure warehouse/assigned areas, are kept in compliance with company safety standards. Including, but not limited to: sweeping the warehouse, removing garbage, pallets, and debris from the building and placed in the proper areas.

  • Assist with supporting overtime as needed to cover varying production needs. May include 12-hour days, weekends and/or holidays.

  • Ensure support and completion of 6S initiatives.

  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

  • Lead the Warehouse Operators in performing required tasks to ensure customer orders are pulled and ready for delivery to meet customer needs. May be required to perform the tasks of a Warehouse Operator as needed which includes (but not limited to) safe and efficient operation of Forklift. Help ensure "Only good beer, tea, seltzer, and cider leave the brewery".

  • Observe and practice a "safety first" mentality while maintaining a strong focus on quality and adhering to all GMP regulations. Comply with proper PPE 100% of the time.

  • Safely, efficiently and effectively work to attain department and brewery goals and objectives.

  • Participate in Pre-Shift meetings by going over the daily expectations and obstacles of their respective production line to ensure operators understand daily production goals and assignments.

  • Escalate any production or employee issues or concerns to Supervisors for action.

  • Provide coaching and serve as a positive example for operators. Provide feedback for employee reviews and corrective actions.

  • Assist with the training of Operators. Ensure operators understand how to safely and efficiently operate equipment. Notify Supervisor of opportunities for the team or individuals.

  • Enthusiastically drive collaboration (teamwork) and continuous improvement through strong, committed, positive working relationships. Demonstrate passion to support positive change.

  • Recommend improvements and desirable modifications to our processes and equipment.

  • Utilize lean manufacturing methodologies in daily standard work to drive improvements in safety, quality, and overall performance.

  • Positively communicate with coworkers in various situations through face to face interactions, brewery phones, email, and radio. Must carry radio as required.

  • Ability to accurately utilize and understand SAP WM system to include troubleshooting.

  • Ensures the proper staffing for the receiving of full product from the packaging lines including the kegging operation.

  • Responsible for daily staffing of the shipping and receiving duties.

  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipping.

  • Must have demonstrated leadership potential as well as the willingness and ability to continue to grow and develop these skills. To include both classroom and practical training.

  • Must be able to learn and accurately utilize company systems; read and operate computers and automated equipment and input data as required proficiently. Competent in using SAP, Microsoft Office, including MS Word and MS Excel. Solid knowledge of SAP WM is necessary to help trouble shoot.
