1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

As the Associate Analyst, Quality, you will support the company quality program in accordance with applicable management standards, coupled with customer and organizational requirements. Join our team, and we'll give you the opportunity to build a rewarding career.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Train new users to effectively use quality systems and adhere to quality processes


• Set up quality systems for new sites; facilitate coordination between site, IT and HRIS


• Interpret requirements of international standards; review and analyze processes and other requirements (regulatory, customer) to ensure compliance to international standards


• Support site-specific programs to ensure policies, procedures and work instructions are properly adhered to and compliant with active management system standards


• Review submitted site-specific quality documentation to ensure subject content is both current and compliant to active Quality Management System (QMS) standards


• Integrate different writing styles into a common language and consistent documentation format that aligns with the company's standards, operating processes and branding

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience

• 2 years of experience with quality control


• Auditing experience


• Strong documentation and editing skills


• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills; capacity to quickly master new concepts, ideas and practices


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
