WANTED: Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Subject Matter Expert to provide Engineering, Technical, and Assessment Support (ETAS) services for the National Assessment Group (NAG) consisting of independent, rapid assessments to research, demonstrate, and evaluate system capabilities, technical parameters, threats and vulnerabilities.
As a CWMD Subject Matter Expert providing ETAS services, you will:
Support government Technical Director and Project Officers in execution of organization assessment requirements.
Participate on a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals.

A week in the life of a CWMD SME:
Support development and evaluation of test plans and event execution documents.
Support the team in assessment design, the establishment of measures of performance and evaluation, and subordinate test requirements to ensure proper and successful data collection and analysis.
Offer risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated expertise and experience in technologies and programs to detect, counter and defeat Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) threats, weapons, and improvised devices.
10 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of various instrumentation systems.
Provides deliverables (plans and reports) that require minimal corrections.
Convey information in a clear and concise manner via verbal presentations, producing written products, or otherwise informing senior stakeholders at the senior executive level.
Prior experience working on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic matrix management environment.
Demonstrated experience and expertise with test and assessment, operational assessment, demonstration processes, procedures and techniques, design, data collection, and reporting.
Experience with the Microsoft Office product suite, and the ability to learn new production and statistical software.
Ability to understand a wide variety of advanced technical information, acquisition and procurement processes, and systems integration concepts.
Demonstrate skills to obtain measurements and signals data, conduct data analysis, and present data in graphic, tabular, and narrative forms.
Must have current US Passport at task start.
Must have current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility.
