As the Executive Assistant - Public Relations, you will provide concierge-level support to key business leaders. You'll also partner with other professionals across the enterprise to achieve strategic and business targets. In this important role, you'll support senior leaders on our corporate team. What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Help the Communications team reach peak productivity by supporting public relations, internal communications and social media

  • Maintain accurate calendars, schedule events and coordinate media interviews and recaps

  • Participate in confidential meetings and take notes on details and action items

  • Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Plan and arrange global travel itineraries and accommodations

  • Work seamlessly with internal and external partners to organize media events

  • Provide research and analysis on media coverage, reporters and current news stories

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 2 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
