WANTED: Program Manager to provide Engineering, Technical, and Assessment Support (ETAS) services for the National Assessment Group (NAG) consisting of independent, rapid assessments to research, demonstrate, and evaluate system capabilities, technical parameters, threats and vulnerabilities.
As a Program Manager providing ETAS services, you will:
Be responsible for personnel supervision, personnel resource allocation, and contract management. This position primarily manages contract analysts.

A week in the life of a Program Manager:
Be responsible for personnel and operations on multiple active task orders across the contract. Must have the ability to manage all aspects of program and program personnel including engineers, consultants, and administrative personnel.
Determine number and assign personnel with the appropriate skill sets to accomplish the requirements in each task order, as well as that these skill sets are leveraged throughout the workforce to meet the contract requirements.
Support government Technical Director and Project Officers in execution of organization assessment requirements.
Offer risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's or higher-level degree.
5 years of project management experience.
1 year of experience as an analyst in engineering, technical, statistical, or intelligence field.
Moderate understanding/knowledge of Design of Experiments.
Provides deliverables (plans and reports) that require minimal corrections.
PMP Certification desired, but not required.
Convey information in a clear and concise manner via verbal presentations, producing written products, or otherwise informing senior stakeholders at the senior executive level.
Prior experience working on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic matrix management environment.
Demonstrated experience and expertise with test and assessment, operational assessment, demonstration processes, procedures and techniques, design, data collection, and reporting.
Experience with the Microsoft Office product suite, and the ability to learn new production and statistical software.
Ability to understand a wide variety of advanced technical information, acquisition and procurement processes, and systems integration concepts.
Demonstrate skills to obtain measurements and signals data, conduct data analysis, and present data in graphic, tabular, and narrative forms.
Ability to become proficient with most technology and/or mission areas within 30 calendar days.
Must have current US Passport at task start.
Must have current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility.
