Job Description:

Position Description
The Lead Pharmacist will be responsible for leading operation and clinical activity of the Pharmacy Staff so as to provide pharmaceutical care. Acts as a professional resource. Serves all patients, including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adults and geriatrics.

Schedule: 12 hour shifts - M-F, rotating daysPosition Requirements
REQUIRED:


  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.

  • Two (2) years previous hospital pharmacy experience.

  • Member of a hospital pharmacist organization.

PREFERRED:

  • Previous Management Experience.

  • Previos Direct Reports

  • Clean Room Experience

  • USP 797 & 800 Experience

  • Clean Room Experience



License/Certification Requirements: Yes

Work Hours: 8:30a-9p

Weekend Requirements: No

On-Call Requirements: No
