What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Build a talent production line for GXO Leadership

  • Gather requirements from Human Resources, executive leadership and leaders across the organization

  • Provide reporting for goal completion to management to fulfill ESG requirements

  • Conduct EOY global performance process

  • Conduct Start-of-Year goal setting process

  • Support international use of HRIS systems of record for goal tracking

  • Launch and support our organizational talent review processes

  • Create succession maps as well as supporting success profiles and experience maps

  • Manage our leader assessment processes and vendor relationships

  • Manage our executive coaching and mentoring relationships

  • Communicate the program to stakeholders and facilitate trainings and programs as needed

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 5 years of experience in a Talent Management role


It'd be great if you also have:

  • Experience with a Learning Management System such as Cornerstone and a HRIS tool such as SuccessFactors

  • Project Management experience

  • Strong MS Excel Skills

  • Adeptness in working with various technology to drive talent operational efficiency

  • Advanced Degree in the above
