SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner would assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting candidates for open positions primarily focusing on Ecommerce and IT related positions.

  • Identify, source and recruit candidates by using a variety of sources





  • Manage an end-to-end recruiting for all open positions




  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR to ensure the right talent is being identified and hired




  • Partner with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications, interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications




  • Manage candidate application and interviewing process and act as a candidate advocate ensuring a positive interviewing process




  • Screen all candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews





  • Coordinate and schedule phone and on-site interviews




  • Build well-defined recruitment strategies in partnership with HR and business leaders.




  • Remain competitive and clearly articulate our value proposition in an already competitive market




  • Assess and strategically source for critical pipeline positions including workforce planning, internal talent leverage, passive candidate acquisition, continuous sourcing, and onboarding




  • Ensure a candidate-centric approach that is aligned with both the needs of the candidate and our brand promise





  • Ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded in our recruiting processes and approach




  • Provide information about career opportunities within the organization




  • Comply with company's policies and procedures




  • Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:



  • B.A. or B.S. degree.




  • Minimum of 4+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment




  • Previous experience sourcing Ecommerce and IT specific positions.





  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practice




  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills




  • Ability to maintain confidentiality




  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment with all levels, including senior leadership



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:



  • Previous HR business partnering experience




  • Experience recruiting within action sports industry is a plus
