SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner would assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting candidates for open positions primarily focusing on Ecommerce and IT related positions.

Identify, source and recruit candidates by using a variety of sources
Manage an end-to-end recruiting for all open positions
Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR to ensure the right talent is being identified and hired
Partner with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications, interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Manage candidate application and interviewing process and act as a candidate advocate ensuring a positive interviewing process
Screen all candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews
Coordinate and schedule phone and on-site interviews
Build well-defined recruitment strategies in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Remain competitive and clearly articulate our value proposition in an already competitive market
Assess and strategically source for critical pipeline positions including workforce planning, internal talent leverage, passive candidate acquisition, continuous sourcing, and onboarding
Ensure a candidate-centric approach that is aligned with both the needs of the candidate and our brand promise
Ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded in our recruiting processes and approach
Provide information about career opportunities within the organization
Comply with company's policies and procedures
Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
B.A. or B.S. degree.
Minimum of 4+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
Previous experience sourcing Ecommerce and IT specific positions.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practice
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment with all levels, including senior leadership
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Previous HR business partnering experience
Experience recruiting within action sports industry is a plus
