You:


You are an experienced (or very eager) account manager, tasked with cultivating accounts in our lead generation platform. You will manage client relationships and engage in opportunities to engage, support, cultivate, and prospect new opportunities using a variety of internal and external tools. We are seeking an individual that possesses critical thinking skills and is passionate about delivering solutions that will support our clients path to achieving their revenue goals.

EverConnect is a lead generation company born out of 3 original brands that were consolidated to deliver a robust lead product solution for residential and commercial businesses.


Started in 2011, 33 Mile Radius has built a robust nationwide network of over 1,200 home service contractors. 33Mile Radius specializes in high revenue, high urgency mitigation services including water and flood restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, biohazard cleanup, HVAC and plumbing services. As well as home improvement services including bath remodeling, windows, siding, and roofing.


Founded in 2005 Keyword Connects delivers exclusive, high-quality sales leads to home improvement companies nationwide. Using a proprietary software that delivers proven results, this business leverages branded campaigns to find local homeowners who are ready to buy delivering leads directly into the clients' existing sales funnel.


Remodeling.com is a digital home services platform, built in 2009, that brings homeowners and home improvement contractors together using a state-of-the-art platform. In essence, an online performance marketing firm that markets and promotes various local companies and service providers through multiple marketing channels.


Where:


The EverConnect team is distributed across the world with major hubs in Cleveland, Ohio and Amman, Jordan, and EverCommerce has more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.


What you'll be doing:


• Strategically manage our current clients, ensuring the best possible user experience


• Supporting our users and any platform support or training necessary to diffuse issues


• Qualify prospective clients that reach out, closing deals over the phone


• Attend trade shows to highlight our brand, our products, and our client experience


• Onboard new contractors, running product and platform demos, to ensure lead performance and client retention


• Thinking strategically about solutions that may enhance our operation execution


• Proactive engagement of clients to maximize share of wallet and enhanced user experience


Experience and Skills:


• Minimum 2 years experience with digital marketing and support


• Experience and demonstrated success in sales and account management


• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas


• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills


• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of new industries and business models quickly


• A team player who performs well independently


• Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision
