Sr. Analyst Reporting COE at Chubb in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

• Produce executive level reporting in support of the Reporting Leader.


• End to end ownership of Non NA IT reporting to support the COE Reporting Leader with monthly consolidation of data and analysis. Work closely with the Non NA IT business partners to ensure data requirements and analysis requests are fully understood


• Distribution of monthly NA IT caption reports, outlining analysis requirements for each month


• Assist with any other deliverables as determined by the organization


• Monthly analysis of prior and current month commentary for trends, observations, inconsistencies and communicate questions to IT Finance leads to help finalize analysis and presentation.


• Work with Reporting leader to update analysis requirements to drive better analysis across the team ensuring guidance regarding analysis requirements is communicated and understood by the team in a timely manner


• Complete high-level summary commentary on financials for IT including variance analysis for caption, cash and P&L and work with Reporting leader and TBM leader to develop enhanced reporting to support changing executive requirements


• Own production of Post allocated reporting, final review of post allocated reports before distribution (actuals and plan)


• Assist Reporting Leader with end to end close process initiatives

• Finance degree required


• Management reporting experience required

• Strong communication skills written, verbal, presentation


• Financial Analysis and Reporting experience


• Proficient in data environment & reporting tools, requirements definition, report creation, data steward


• Familiarity with IT finance management, insurance business operations, corporate operations, international / FX tools
