As the Director, External Reporting, you will oversee the Company's external financial reporting process. Become a part of our fast-growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop your career to a level that will exceed your expectations.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Oversee the Company's external financial reporting process, including SEC reporting (Form 10-K, 10-Q), quarterly and annual census reporting, and other financial and governmental statutory reporting as required

• Participate in the Company's Disclosure Committee and when appropriate Audit and Risk Oversight Committee


• Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly financial statements, including statement of cash flows


• Ensure compliance with all SEC and GAAP and disclosure requirements


• Ensure the proper implementation of new accounting pronouncements into financial statements


• Lead various process improvement initiatives to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency


• Assist with the internal and external stakeholder review of the reporting deliverables


• Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors


• Support testing by internal and external auditors on internal controls

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent related work or military experience


• 7 years technical accounting and reporting experience

• CPA, or equivalent qualification


• Demonstrated knowledge and experience researching and documenting accounting guidance and the accounting treatment of issues

• Can anticipate and surface issues, solve problems and recommend solutions, while exercising good business judgment and risk management
