1st Shift, Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

1st Shift, Sunday - Tuesday, 6:00am - 6:30pm

As the Material Handler II - GTP Coordinator, your strong work ethic and attention to the small details will ensure that our operations continue to run smoothly.

What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Operate Grey Orange Control System as well as other support systems.

  • Optimize resource allocation and use. Ensures resource allocation is adequate in order to avoid delaying the picking, put-a-way and audit processes.

  • Executes operator exception handling including but not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot and fix - PPS, Butler, charger, Barcode and MSU issues.

  • Monitoring the butler queue for issues.

  • Breaks and system pauses to the Grey Orange System

  • Creating safe passage on an active floor

  • Addressing and recovering a disabled bot unit and chargers

  • Maintaining a clean GO field and reactivating the floor

  • Removing MSU from the floor if issues are found

  • Clearing obstructions affecting floor operations.

  • Removing MSU and Butler from a section of the floor for maintenance purposes.

  • Close out jobs/orders and monitor work queues. Activate/deactivate orders as necessary.

  • Maintain user roles and other administrative function on GO Dashboard.

  • Monitor MLE alert communications and other issues. Communicate issues to other lead associates, managers, and engineering to resolve immediately.

  • Schedule MSU for inventory review as necessary to address customer service issues or inventory discrepancies.

  • Maintains operating statistics and productivity statistics for the Grey Orange System and supporting systems.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • 1 year of warehouse experience

  • Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English

  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed

It'd be great if you also have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS

This job requires the ability to:

  • Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights

  • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull

  • Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time

  • Handle or manage tools or equipment

  • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
